LEAD UI/UX
- Led the UI/UX enhancement of the MealSuite Core web app — a SaaS foodservice solution for senior living and healthcare — by redesigning key user workflows and proposing new features in close collaboration with Product Owners and Managers.
- Conducted an on-site visit to observe real-world product use by food managers, PSWs, and kitchen staff, applying user research insights to inform design improvements.
- Performed heuristic evaluations to uncover usability issues and align the product with UX best practices.
- Led the UI redesign of the Recipes interface, streamlining task flows, improving hierarchy, and reducing user confusion. Contributed to the foundation of a scalable design system, advocating for consistency and accessibility across the platform.
