Delivery App
🔍 Overview
Updated the food delivery app with a modern, consistent UI while preserving functionality. Enhanced readability, branding, and user engagement across diverse content.
🧠Understanding the Problem
Busy parents ordering dinner or commuters grabbing lunch had trouble finding what they needed. The app’s inconsistent UI made restaurant details hard to read and buttons difficult to tap. The lack of image support or proper visual flow led many users to abandon the order altogether.

🎯 The Objective
Redesign the interface to be more user-friendly for people ordering food on-the-go—whether they're at work, home, or commuting. Improve readability, tap targets, and layout flow to reduce friction. Maintain brand identity while ensuring a reliable experience across menus with or without images.
🛠️ The Process
I audited the current app and benchmarked competitors. The design needed to work for busy users—someone ordering lunch between meetings or dinner during a commute. I redesigned layout and typography for faster scanning, created cleaner card structures, and used neutral backgrounds to support stores without images. Tap targets were expanded, and buttons were given stronger contrast for quick decisions. I kept the existing navigation flow so returning users wouldn't feel lost.

âś… The Result
After the redesign, users found it easier to browse menus and place orders quickly, even if a store didn’t have food photos. Restaurant partners appreciated the cleaner layouts and better representation of their brand. The result? Fewer abandoned carts, more completed orders, and a stronger user experience overall.
